This place is nice. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, a place of beauty! I really like my apartment most of the time. I have been here a few years and the noise level depends on your upstairs neighbors. When I moved in for the first few months it was horrible. Party every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It sounded as if they were having wrestling parties. Slamming down so hard my glass would shake and I was worried that they were going to come crashing through! Rap music (with bass) booming till all hours. They moved finally. Then it was fairly quiet for a few months. It comes and goes depending on the people they allow to move in.
HOWEVER- Nancy (the woman who works in the office), and her Rude Russian assistant are the worst!!! They are condecending, mean, and very abrasive. They are so rude I have panic attacks every time I need to go into the office. They have treated me so badly I have left the office in tears and all I was going there for was to pick up a package! They can be very nice in the begining ie before you rent. Once the deposit is paid the gloves come off. Once in awhile Nancy is so nice its frightening. I would wager a bet she has multiple personalities That is the only logical explination for the behavior displayed.
If you can avoid the office it is a great place to live.
