I have been living at Lenzen for about a year and was very happy with the staff, grounds and security of the place. Since a new office manager has entered, it has completely gone downhill. The other reviewer was correct when saying that the trash just piles up and no one takes it out so it smells for days! Whenever there may be an issue that arises (which, I admit is rare in my apartment) the manager NEVER picks up her phone. She cannot utter a sentence without hand gestures and screaming at people - a really bad case of A.D.D. or Anxiety Disorder, if you were to ask me. When I first moved in, the soda and water machines were always full, there was get-togethers with other tenants and the maintenece was on duty 24/7. This place needs new management NOW.
