The Manager Ky Le, is one of the most arogant, & incopetant individuals I've ever encountered. My Wife has been living there for a couple of years, she was disabled in a car accident, & recovering from a coma. Legaly, a landlord must acomodate for tenants with disabilitys. Ky Le not only arogantly refused to accomodate, he actually used her disability as a weopon against her! Trying to confuse her about her rental rights, etc. When I asked him to clarify what he had told her, he refused, & illegally banished me from the premises. A San Jose Police Officer, Sgt. Mike Lieninger. Badge# 2245 then aproached me, & threatened to frame me on false charges! About 11 days later he threatened my wife & I that he would arrest her if he left her apartment that evening. Mike Lieninger is a dirty corrupt cop, & He gives legitimate, honest Police Officers a bad name, & is a shame to the San Jose Police Department, & an Embarrasing Discrace to Law Enforcement.
