The previous reviewer was dead-on. The property landlord is IMPOSSIBLE to find and has NO IDEA how to run an apartment complex. When the power to our fridge went out, it took 4 days to get turned back on. The number to the office is disconnected. There are broken fans in the bathroom that we have been requesting be fixed for 3 months. We had to threaten legal action to get our carpets (which turned the soles of your feet pitch black when you walked on them from filth) replaced when we moved in. And don't even get me STARTED on the parking. After 8 months of parking in the same spot, we were asked to move to another spot 15 feet away via a taped message to our car. About 2 weeks later, another letter was taped to the windsheild while we were parked in the spot given to us previous letter, stating that we were not assigned this spot and to contact the management for details. My roommate and I knocked on her door that night for 20 minutes straight (with the TV and lights in full swing) with no answer. We have been there 3 times with the same scenario each time. We have now been without a parking spot for 2 weeks.
If we weren't getting such a great deal on the place we would be out in a heartbeat. It is almost unbearable to live here.
