the place was a real find when we first moved in a year ago. Now It's becoming a ghetto: trash, noise, lousy parking and a manager who changes rules to suit herself on the rare times she's around and rents indiscrimately to anybody. As a consequence, the place in on its way to becoming a real dump with dirty diapers , broken glass, out of control kids and noisy adults who don't seem to give a damn about the concept of courtesy to neighbors. This has got to get better, maybe the property management company will pay attention and get the resident mgr to do something (like show up) . I am ashamed to bring guests over. An unhappy tennant.
