Maintenance folks are amazing and responsive. Office staff is friendly. Hallway carpets have been slated to be changed for years now, currently there are gross stains that they try to steam clean out but they come back. Hopefully the new carpet will not show stains. The walls are thick and you don't hear your neighbors though you do hear street noise since it's on Jackson and 6th street. Would recommend this place!
