I have been living here for seven months and since then there have been numerous water outages for hours and days with their explaination of a sentance starting with "Unfortunately...." As water was a huge problem, their parking structure was found to be dangerous for people living here. Now, parking is a huge issue with their explaination of "Unfortunately..." Today 4/28/07, I just recevied a noticed that there will be no water for whole day on Tudsday... So people, listen to me and listen to me carefully, DO NOT be foold by their pretty lobby and offices, walk out as soon as you walk in unless you want to live in misery for the duration of your lease term. Next door neighbor has barking dog and upon complain, the so called GSR successfully ingnored the complain. One more thing on their competent staff on maintanance, we had a window leaking air and the gentleman who came to fix it, duc taped the whole window!!!! instead of fixing it, we couldn't even open the window!! isn't it funny. So run and don't look back...
