Very conventantly located to mall and freeway, as well as local hooligans, gangs and wanna be thugs. Safe for the most part and police patrol the area regurly. As for management, RENTER BE WARE. They have been known to lose paperwork, not be complete honest, and after renting and having issues management does not like to return calls or deal directly with tentants. this may be due to the frequent management changes, 4 in the 2 years. Make sure you have good insurance with coverage for windshield and windows, and/or an alarm. YOU WILL NEED IT! My van was broken into 3x's and my car twice. Had to replace the the window in the van 2 times and the car once. gave up on having a decent radio in the car.
