Be very cautious of this place!!!!!! It is unsafe and unreasonably priced.
The Apartments are old and managed by a very old lady by the name of Sharon Havens whom is always drunk. The apartment maintanance man who goes by the name of Damien is a rude jerk. They are both very nosey and like to pry into people's lives. There is seldomly hot water in the complex, the plumbing leaks, and things inside the apratments are always breaking because the appliances are outdated. The walls are extremely thin and insulation is minimal, you can hear everything going on around you. The worse thing about the place is the fact that the homeless are constantly on the property rumagging through the garbage looking for food and clothing. They have been caught numerous times sleeping in the laundry rooms and small clubhouse. They use the clubhouse bathroom for bathing and defacating. On one occasion a homeless person used the bathroom in the laundry room and left a pile of ficees behind the dryer on the dryer outlet hose which when heated, left a horrible stench throughout the complex for a week. Cars have been broken into many times in the parking stalls and the grounds have been vandalized and windows broken numerous times. I lived here with my girlfriend and she never felt safe alone at night due to these shady characters that often roamed the grounds. When I finally moved out of the complex I was cheated out of my deposit even though nothing was left broken in the apartment and all the picture holes in the walls were patched and paint matched.
Please take my advice and DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!
