A virtual pig stye. No manager present. The sign next to the always unlocked security gate has no phone number and the sign says Manager apt. # (There's a faded "3"), but the manager lives in #6. I'm told there's a bar on Alum rock that the manager can be found sleeping in front of. The place is filthy!!!
