This is the type of apartment for someone who knows how to take advanatge of what it has to offer. The complex is made up of blocked units, meaning there goups of about eight units in blocks. So it feels much smaller than a sprawling, complex where everything looks identical. I lived on an end unit in the center of the complex and never had a problem with noisy neighbors. This apartment complex is also great because all the neighbors are very respectful and mature. This is not the place for an immature, needy person. Everyone in the buidling pretty much respects your privacy and is mellow.

The best attribute to this apartment complex is location. It is within walking distance to restaurants, parks, grocery stores, banks, Cupertino City Hall and library, and best of all, within walking distance of Chipotle Mexican Food Restaurant (the ONLY place to eat for a weekend lunch!!!). I have a two year old son and we use to walk to the park and then to the library and then to the bank all in one afternoon. Also, the apartment complex is close to the freeways, 280 and 85. I can't believe how easy it was to commute to work! Also, you have many options since you are on a major street, De Anza Blvd takes you rigth to Stevens Creek Blvd so you have many commuting options.

Another great thing about the apartment is the living space. I lived in a one-bedroom with my little, 2 year old son. We had plenty of room. The apartments come with a roomy patio or balcony. The living room is spacious and the bedroom is comfy. The kitchen was more than plenty. There was a little dining area for a good-sized table and chairs. I even had a patio table and chairs with leftover room for my BBQ. The bathroom was nice, sized as well. The building are in good shape. You don't feel like the place is put together overnight, it was made to stay. It doesn't feel cheap either, like a hotel. The buidling are all in good condition.

Anyone looking for an affordable, well-built apartment complex in a great location would be thrilled to find a vacancy at 7200 Bollinger Road, Villa Victoria Apt.
