Dear friends,

I was staying in one of these ground floor apartments. All of them have moisture issue. Walls get fungus and molds. At the end management charge it from me. I end up paying bleach cleaning of walls and re-painting. All the blinders they replaced and charged me. I am staying in apartments since 10 years. I never saw any apartment like this before. I talked to management about this. They blame me for this and charged me whole deposit for wall bleach cleaning, painting and blinder replacement. Not to mention they are rude. Be careful renting ground floor apartments. They are really crap. Also it has very high pollen level because of type of trees they have. I would rate apartment to 2 and management 1.
