The apartments have very noisy. Folks living here have fought with each other because of that. <P>
Rundown old apartments. <P>
If your neighbour speaks you would know. If you neighbour sleeps and snores you would know. The plumbing is third rated. The whole place rumbles when your neighbour is taking a shower. <P>
advice: losuy apartments. Run and dont look back. <P>
