Apartment Review for Avalon Rosewalk

I have lived in this apartment complex for one year. I never hear any noise. The office staff is really nice, and the maintenace is helpful. The parking sucks on the street. The carpet is the grosses thing I have ever seen. I agree with the other review the water is expensive.Oh there is no central air or heat in are unit. This is s big problem. I think there are great floor plans, but overall they just need to make updates to the inside of the building for what we pay.
