Rented: From 2008 To 2009

We've been living here for over a year.. overall, it's not too shabby, all places have their drawbacks.

Pros: onsite gym, leasing office is friendly, well kept grounds.

Cons: neighborhood is kind of crappy - there tends to be a lot of cars getting broken into, maintenance is not very responsive. Watch out on your lease renewals, they *will* try to charge you more than market. Pay attention, and it will only be TRYING.. if you don't do your homework and stand up for yourself, you will overpay.
