Decent accommodations. The structures are aging and floors will not be leveled depending on which unit you are in. Trees are not maintained and tree trunks fall and damage cars. Biggest draw back is high crime rate, and unjustified fees by the management when you vacate. Expect to recover no more than 20% of you security deposit if you stay less than 3 years. Also if you do not follow all the parking rules, you will have your car towed. Guest will have difficulty finding parking as well. Right by a major railroad track so expect to lose sleep.
