Well you got it from the subject, this might be called a luxury apartment but this is still the dark dingy and moldy apartment built more than 30 years ago.
Tell me one person whose car is not broken into!
Smelly elevator entrance! nice welcome everytime you enter the community.
Rude leasing staff! get used to it
Dark apartments with no natural light! get used to being depressed.
Inspite of all the suffering you will have to pay a hefty price in name of rent and guess what they will rip you off when you vacate!
Get used to living there and get ready to be ripped off.
If you are planning to move in please stay away, there are better places for better price tags.

These guys have given me several notices of entering the premises that are abusive. I am letting the San Jose tribunal deal with the building managers despite the fact I still leave here. They don't care now but they will pay for disturbing my newborn baby for no reason.

Hi!
I'm glad that we finally left this messy apartment. Even, we were not spared when we left. They never paid us back our security money. This is such a cheap thing on elan's behalf. We kept that apartment very clean but that doesn't matter how clean you keep it by the end of the day we ended up paying $400 to these money grabbers.
I hope nobody gets trapped here.
Best of luck to those who are still living there because you are going to need it pretty soon, believe me.
