Apartment Review for Enclave

Have never been broken into, but am a little scared that I might be after reading reviews. The reason I write, though, is that the new manager seems genuine. I talked to her about security and she told me what they're planning to do. She didn't try to act like its not a problem. SJPD can't do much until after crime happens, and all rent-a-cop companies are worthless, they never do anything. Right now they have two companies so at least criminals might see them driving around more and be deterred. <P>
I read a review that said the place used to be nice.. so why can't it be again? I hope Jacque wasn't lying to me... if she wasn't, and she can make things improve, I hope to stay. <P>
