Apartment Review for Enclave

First thing first, they changed the rent that I was supposed to pay, the day I entered their office. What they quoted on the phone changed by a drastic amount one I entered their office. They are a bunch of charlatans.
Second, out of the 500 dollar deposit, they gave us 120 back. This is for an apartment that was used 3 months. Handed to them completely clean. They charged us obscene cleaning, painting, and carpeting fees. I called multiple times to see what these fees were for, and I left messages, however, Renee, the person in charge never called back. I call about 5-6 times for this. Stay away from this place, there are lots of better apartments for lower prices, and people who are not trying to rob you of your money.
Third, my friend’s bike was stolen, and it was locked inside the “gated” community. The office did nothing to find the bike. I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the staff stole it.
Four, do you really want to hear any more? I did not have a good experience here, I would not go there myself, and I wouldn’t even recommend it to my enemy. Stay away from this place.
