This property was originally Foxchase Apts. then became Avalon At Foxchase - now, it is Foxchase Apts. again. This property was purchased from Avalon Bay Communities (in May 2008) by a highly professional & organized company. I have lived here through 3 different managements, the current/new owners are the 3rd (is a charm). WHAT A SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT! I AM A FORMER LANDLADY, so I know quality housing. Here is what the new manager told me when I first met him in May: "When I saw the condition of the units and the appliances before we bought this property, I realized that if I would not want to live here, why would I expect others to?" You would not believe how much more beautiful everything is now. I could not wish for a more courteous, friendly & professional on-site management, leasing staff & maintenance team. The last owners & managers received lots of "well-deserved" complaints from me & others who posted here before (no longer applicable). The new owners take care of all my concerns & needs in a very satisfactory & prompt manner. I just had a major emergency this month - the maintenance personel was here withing 5 mins. or less. This mangement listens to you patiently and are not stand-offish. Anything and everything negative that you have read or heard about this property BEFORE MAY 2008 is now HISTORY! I would never move from this property unless I become a homeowner. I have referred 2 families to move here since 2005 (& they are still here) & I will continue to do so. (by Vigi)
