Review for Helzer Courts Apartments

The apartments here at Helzer courts are fine. Actually they are really townhouses. I don't know why they are called apartments. Well it doesn't really matter. I have been here over 3 years and it is very quiet on our street. We have our own little community here. We are nestled away on communication hill. There are 3 different streets in our community. The homes are very neat or you could say unique. They are fashioned after old time townhomes in San Francisco many years ago Anyway inside the unit are 2 flights of stairs so after the hype wears off your left with a lot of tiring stairs. Each unit has it's own tandem garage with your own washer and dryer hook-ups. That is a perk. But like I said the stairs are annoying after awhile. The garage door does not have an electric door opener so you have to manually do it every time. It seems like everyone keeps to themselves for the most part other than a nod or an occasional hello. Management is fine.It is very strict but I think that is good and also the police drive through the community quite a bit so it does make one feel quite safe. All in all I think it is a really nice place to live and I would reccomend it highly. Come and take a look!!
