Apartment Review for North Park Apartment Village

The people that run this place are terrible. We lived here for over a year and 2 days after we renewed our lease we found out that we had to move to Los Angeles. Not only did they charge us almost $4,000 just to leave, they were so happy that we had to pay them all these extra lease break fees! They acted like they had just won the jackpot or something. Do not move here! I know alot of other people who live here and they all regret it.
