Apartment Review for North Park Apartment Village

I lived here and immediately had problems with loud neighbors who harrassed us and vandalized our apart door. The mgnt did nothing but try and get us our of our lease early by rude tactics when we did nothing but complain legally for our rights. They treated us like crap. I have never in my life been treated that way. I had a year from **** & then they tell us we gotta move. They are horribly unprofessional & caring. Funny, I too know of many who are leaving due to the same thing, bad management. Prices are rediculous. Security is a joke wont help you if you complain too much. We had a mouse. We had to listen to construction for 12 months, if that isnt enough to drive you crazy the loud neighbors and slamming doors will. I compare it to living in a Hotel. Its that loud. The doors slam, the street noise is awful. It looks nice but no matter how you dress it up, its a horrible place. They disriminate against below market rate renters also. If you did a referral you wont get the 400.00. Its only for full price paying renters. They give the BLMR the crappy car spots, the crappy apart locations also. Discriminate. I hate that place. Laurels is awful. DONT DO IT even if it looks pretty. <P>
