Apartment Reviews for Palm Court Apartments - San Jose

I lived here for 18 months until a mentally ill chain smoker was moved in below me. Management was told repeatidly that tenant was a danger to self and others, they did nothing. The place is as creepy as it gets, the Manager Roseli and Pam are two weathered con-artists who do nothing to provide a safe environment for children or adults. Management should be classy and respectful, not chain smoking miscreants who are lazy and incompetent. I moved out and did a great job cleaning but was dinged for 425 of my 500 deposit for being forced out by their stupidity for not checking background of tenant. I am filing a small claims and have contacted the housing authority on behalf of all tenants who reside here. The place is a joke, rent is reasonable for this area BUT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY OR HONESTY

Quiet, nice and safe place to live, management is friendly, units and complex very well kept.
