Grocery shopping is simple with Alfredo's Produce right outside the complex and Trader Joe's and Safeway both within the neighborhood. HP Pavilion is half a mile away from the apartments and is home of the Sharks and the Sabercats - come watch a hockey match or football game on the weekend, or catch big-name artists that stop by the pavilion. Despite the prime location, some tenant reviewers consider the area to be unsafe and the sound insulation of the apartments to be poor.
