Apartment Review for The Highlands

Ive lived here for about five months and there has been nothing but problems,I only considerded living here because the reviews on the manger Kimberly But there is a new manager Mary who is extremely lazy. I came here and she didn't even bother to show me around she just gave me the keys and basically pointed to where it was,I even had to ask people where the apartment was. I had bought a screen for the front door and it was put on wrong,nothing but bugs come in. The pipes make noise,my shower has come off 3 times,the hot water is cold and the cold water is lava hot (it even gave my daughter a burn on her hand),the front yard is **** it looks like we live in arizona but if it makes you feel better Mary has a beautiful front yard with a lot of pretty flowers. I had flowers growing on my front yard and the person who does the lawn broke 2 out of my 3 pots. The neighbors across the street party till about 2 in the morning on a week day. The only good thing I have to say about this place is my next door neighbor who I babysit who is adorable. I would NOT reccomend this place to my worst enemy the place is very poorly taken care of and the manager is lazy and doesn't give tosh its if you live here or not.oh and another this is I wasn't getting my mail for a month and she did nothing and at the end of the day she gave us the wrong key,I even went in there and asked her of she knew why we werent getting any mail and she said I dont know what to tell you I'm busy and laughed with the person she was with as I left. I HATE it here!!!!!!
