Apartment Review for The Highlands

they are converting these to condos next year but the new management hasnt told any residents yet ( cuz theyre dumb ) so dont rent here unless you need a quick fix. otherwise good place, with 1 car garage even. nice neighbors. dont park in the lot next to rancho santa fe rd though = break-ins. oh yeah the rent has inflated faster than my waistline in the last year. hope your pockts are deep.... <P>
