Apartment Reviews for Casa Ensenada Apartments.
Other reviewers are fools!

Both office staff (Betty and Chris) are total dears. The stray cats both other reviewers were complaining about are lovely dears, and often leave visitors alone as they are a bit skittish. The office staff taking care of the animals shows their good hearts.
The apartment manager, Chris, is very prompt with any complaints he receives, and deals with every one very well and professionally.
The walls are a little thin, and there are a few problem tenants, but over all the people I interacted with were wonderful.
The students of the blind school are the only real problem. They are loud and childish very often, and like to trick the other tenants, but other than them and a few select others, there was never anything crazy.
Parking could be better, but it's good for the area. Better colors for paint/the original tiling in some of the apartments would be a huge plus.
Handy man Julio is prompt and treats every apartment as if it was his own, making sure to take his time and do the best he could with each fix-it job he does.
Cats are allowed, which is nice, but when the owner, Eric, a man I was never too fond of, allowed one person to keep there dog there, other people began to bring their dogs in and it was a mess.
Betty is a bit harsh and talkative, but means well and is very kind. She is very much the guard dog of the complex.
Location isn't the best, next to a middle school and an apartment complex that doesn't check credit, but it manages to remain nice.
