Review for Bella Vista Apartments

They can't seem to keep an apartment manager. The ones they do have are somewhat rude. The maintenance staff is incompetence, they try to cover up problems instead of fixing them. Sometimes they don't fix them at all. They knock on the door as they are coming into the apartment. The apartments are poorly insulated so winters are cold. The pool is disgusting and has been closed by the health department many times. The locks on the gates are always broken. Some of the tenants are shady, I see the police once a month or so.
The traffic on the street is loud, my apartment is one of the furthest from the street. Big trucks driving by shake the apartment as do the helicopters that circle nightly. here are many school aged chi;dren. Pets are allowed when you pay extra. Windows on both sides of the apartment save on cooling costs. Shared garages available if you pay extra. Pet's allowed when you pay extra. The only inprovement made was installing CFL's, most tennants already installed their own, and the maintenance guys broke my CFL's when they removed them to install thiers and left the broken glass on my floor.
