Located close to the Costa Mesa Freeway, Brentwood has four apartment layouts to choose from. Rents here about average for the area, but reviewers have said that the renewal rates are a jump in cost. Near Main Street, Brentwood is close to good public transit as well as arts and entertainment venues, which Santa Ana is known for. Resident reviews mention a slow response time for maintenance requests, but love that Pets are allowed, with a pet deposit and additional rent.
