Review for Cherry Creek Apartments

The environment of the apartment complex is nice and inviting (with ducks and running streams) but that's about the only positive comment about the place.
The complex has multiple maintenence workers, but really only one of them works. It takes weeks to have a maintenence request completed, if the management doesn't lose the actual request. Before moving in we wanted one of our broken blinds replaced and it took several reminders and 5 months later for it to be changed. We've been living here for 6 months and can't wait to move.
Parking is extremely limited! You have to request a pass (during office hours) if you have guest coming and even then the space for the guest is limited. Tow trucks continually patrol the area and will tow cars without the guest passes. So if you plan on living here, tell your friends and family to never visit you unexpectedly, unless they want to pay a towing fee (about $175)! Management did not reveal the parking rules until after we signed our contract.
Management is also unresponsive. The office never answers the phones, misplaces service requests, and is completely disorganized.
