I've only been living here since March and absolutely love it. The Manager is really nice, even the maintenance guy. The complex is really small - i think only about 60 or 70 units, so attention is given to all. The place is really clean, and boy is it quiet here! sometimes i feel bad turning up the radio :-) I've never found a place in OC without a parking problem -- here it is!! I like it here a lot!
