I have lived in the Santa Clara appartments for over 2 years, and my roomates and I enjoy living here. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood, with reasonable rent prices, laundry access, and a pool. We get two parking spots (one garaged) and parking for additional cars can be a little bit of a challenge because the guest parking fills up fast, but it isn't in a horrible area, so it's just a little walking distance. Maintenance has always been friendly, and accommodating as well as the front staff. Would recommend to anyone.
