Review for The Aspens Fairhaven Apartments

The Aspens was honestly my worst experience in nearly 15 years of apartment renting. The neighborhood has dropped considerably in recent years to the point that it feels like living in a ghetto. If you are from “the hood”, you may not find a problem with it, but for me personally if this was all I could afford, I would rather move out of O.C. than live in the Aspens.
The physical assualts on persons living there, the theft, the vandalism, the gang banger residents make this a very low end place. When you go there during day light, it may not look bad, but do not be fooled; it is.
The horn from the train that runs next to the complex is so loud it will wake you up at night. It is like someone yelling in your ear. I lost so much sleep from this that it compromised my work performance.
You can hear everything your nighbors below you or above you are doing because the buildings are so old. And remember, this also means they can hear everything you are doing to, so pass on this one if you like your privacy.
This place was a nightmare to live in.
