Review for The Courtyards At South Coast Apartments

I've lived here for about 10 months now and I'm planning on leaving after my lease is up. This place isn't too bad, I feel pretty secure here, my car has never been broken into and the safety patrol keeps things pretty calm. The maintainence guys get things done quick, either the same day or next. The down sides to this place is that there is NO parking left after 9pm. I got home late once and had to wait outside for an hour and a half before I could find a spot. Parking is ridiculous unless you have a garage. Noise is also an issue for me here, they just started accepting dogs into these apartments so now there's constantly a high-pitch barking at all hours of the night. There's only 2 laundry rooms which are impossible to use during the day because everyone's always using them then. There's no AC or heating units so be prepared to freeze during the winter and sweat like a pig in the summer. With the money you spend here you could get a nicer place somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place at all...
