Review for The Villas At Tustin Apartments

The only good quality this place has is that their apartments are spacious, with lots of cute features. Other than that, it is horrible.

Worst of all is parking. My first month here, I was towed, even though I was in a space indicated on a list of ok parking numbers to use. After that, I had to park in the neighborhood on the other side of a major street. I was promised a space "in about a month". nine months later, I still don't have a spot. I can't have guests over, because no one wants to park on the other side of the street, so the cute spacious apartment is wasted.

Next, the management office will tell you what ever is convenient. They have told me one thing, told my roommate another, and then told us both some thing else completely in a few weeks later. The people who work there don't last long, and when I have had to complain about something, a couple of them told me that they had to put up with the same things as I do.

Maintenance is slow. Our garbage disposal broke after a month, and didn't get fixed until we told them we would call our own plumber, and deduct the bill from our rent. Then, the maintenance man informed us that if we continued to use our garbage disposal, it would keep breaking, and they would have to start charging us to fix it. The drains in the showers are s-l-o-w, and I have heard various neighbors complaining about it. I know someone who has a bottom apartment, and he said that when it rains, his apartment gets flooded.
