Rented: From 2003 To 2009

1) The managment fired a very nice, dedicated maintenance staffer for no reason after he had worked here for 15 years. (He told me this himself). The management then evicted him and his family. They only had four days to pack up and leave.
2) The turnover at the leasing office is unbelievable. You meet someone, you never see them again, you meet someone, you never see them again, you meet someone, you never see them again.... UNBELIEVABLE.
3) My apartment has been exterminated four times- FOUR- for roaches and I STILL see them. I called the health department on the leasing office, and told one of the members of the staff this and she didn't seem to care.
4) The management doesn't care. (See above.)
5) The management will turn off the water without telling either the residents or the maintenance staff.
6) Enough is enough. Come lease-expiring time, I'm movin' out and movin' on.
