Review for Versailles On The Lake Apartments

I moved here because I was looking to rent a studio. These are some of my observations and experiences.

a) The roaches are unbelievable. I had never seen such big roaches and so many at once until i moved here. The office claimed that they came from the lake. They had an exterminator come once a week but then you would go from seeing 4 at a time to seeing 1 when the exterminator comes and goes and then in a matter of days, you would see them multiply again. CREEPY!

b) The management never seem happy working here. I lived here for a year and they had 3 managers in my time there. Get ready because the office will intentionally lose very important documents that tracks work done on your apartment or any complaints you make during the year and conveniently charge you for damages that were there before you moved in. So far, this tactic works because the new manager will always blame it on their predecessors.

c) They will steal your security deposit in broad daylight when you move out. Make sure you take before and after pictures so you can fight them in court or you can Just plan on not getting your security deposit back when you choose to sign a lease with them.

d) They are renting the apartments out to college crowds now so get ready for continuous partying. The office will do nothing about it cos they are strapped for cash.

e) Parking is a nightmare and you will have people park in your assigned spot especially on the weekends because the 10 guest spots fill up pretty quickly.

g) If you like the sound of a lawn mower or a leaf blower, then this is the place for you because you will hear those lovely sounds at least 4 days a week if you are not away from 8am - 5pm.

h) Their maintainance guys are very nice but they also change pretty frequently.
