Don't rent here.

The management is incompetent, can't do math.

Office does not stay open during posted hours.

The people hired to do service in the units are extremely under-qualified.

Utilities fees are high here, as water, gas, trash are all paid according to the size of the unit, not the number of tenants or amount of energy consumed. For instance, I live alone in a 2bdrm unit and am very conscious of gas and water use (i love the earth, what can i say?) however, I have to pay more per month for these grouped utilities than do the renters of smaller apartments despite the high number of tenants (read mexicans) crammed into that unit!!! Wish I would've understood that when I moved in.

I will absolutely not renew my lease here, Look elsewhere.

Parking is a huge clusterfuck, never parking available for my guests.
