Rented: From 2008 To 2008

1> It took them 5 months to reglaze our tub, glaze came off 1 month after we moved in exposing a really dirty, almost black and rusty tub. We had to wear slippers in the shower
2> Our car got broken into TWICE
3> There was a huge fire that completely burned 8 units -- ELECTRICAL reasons. Management treated the victims really bad -- they didnt care.
4> Manager MONA -- extremely rude, always angry
5> We've had to haul wet clothes from their laundry facility to a laundry mat. Machines just stop working there. After this happened twice, we never did our laundry there!
6> Place is not well kept -- ALWAYS EXTREMELY DIRTY
7> Mona said Kids can only play in the are that is just a little bit bigger than the bathroom. No kids are allowed to play elsewhere!
8> MONA and Team -- never ever cared! Always treated us very badly
