Review for Villas At Tustin Apartments

Where to begin.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Do NOT let the cheap rent or that little extra room in the bedroom be the deciding factor.

I will describe everything in sections so you do not get confused, and so you can get details.

1. PARKING.
Parking is HORRIBLE.
We were never told that there are only about 6-10 parking spaces in the FRONT and they are ALWAYS full. If you park in the "FUTURE RESIDENT" parking during buisness hours, YOU GET TOWED. if you park in the "2 HOUR PARKING LIMIT" during buisness hours, YOU GET TOWED.
Now pay attention to this --? The towing company "TO & MO" HAS A CONTRACT WITH THE APARTMENTS SAYING THAT THEY CAN DRIVE AROUND THE APARTMENTS AND TOW ANY CARS VIOLATING THE PARKING RULES DURING BUISNESS HOURS!! Yes! I have lived here for 3 weeks and I have already met 5, yes, FIVE families who have gotten towed.

If you get off work at say..5pm and you show up at 5:20pm at the apartments and you find available parking in the front, you have to SIT AND WAIT in your car until 6pm until you can leave your car without fear of getting towed within those 40 minutes of parking there.

How do I know this?
While sitting in my car in hot weather with my 9 month old son, I watched someone park in the 2 hour zone, mind you it was around 530pm. At 5:45 a towing car came and took that car.
The apartments have a list you have to walk into the office to get that has "SAFE" covered parking. There is never open parking.
Oh yeah, and families with 2 cars park one car there, and after 2 hours, they switch to the next car there, and they do so until 6pm. PATHETIC SELFISH ASSHOLES.
Oh, and the designated 1 parking spot you get with your apartment, is sooo far from your front door you walk for a good 3 minutes to your car.
When I complained, the leasing office started questioning me on why I didnt want to walk alone, at 9pm at night with my 9 month old through a long, lonely parking lot. They said, "well dont you have a stroller?" WTF?!?! YES I DO HAVE ONE BUT THATS NOT GOING TO STOP US FROM GETTING MUGGED NOW IS IT?

2.NOISE
The noise isnt so bad actually.
There is this ghetto white woman who screams at her kid out of the window every once in a while, but other than that..Nothing major.
If you live near the back of the Stater Bros, you'll hear the people at the bar right next to it.

Other than that. Its maybe a 4 in noise.

3. LEASING OFFICE STAFF.
Rude. Rude. Rude.
Useless. Useless. Useless.
2-Faced. 2-Faced. 2-Faced.

When you meet them and start doing paper work for your lease, their all smiles, and thank yous, and "were here for you".

When you sign the bloody contract..That is when you see their true colors.

4. INSIDE APARTMENT
Is very nice. Very simple and very comfortable.
MAKE SURE YOU VIEW THE APARTMENT YOU WILL BE LIVING IN, INSTEAD OF ONE JUST TO SEE THE FLOOR PLAN. We were shown and told we would get a microwave, a mirror closet doors.
We moved into a very plain ugly closeted door one.
PLUS the PAINT peels off at all times, and having a crawling baby standing up by holding on to the walls and having paint coming off on their hands is NOT safe!!!!!

Look, basic line here is this:

The apartments are good.

BUT THE PARKING WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING BLOODY HELL!!!!!!!
