Great place! Very smooth transaction in renting the unit. Place is well-kept and, where my unit is located, it's extremely quiet at night. Once in a while you hear kids playing outside during the day but that's anywhere. great place to live for the price. <P>
The only drawback is there's little to no cell signal for most carriers. So check your cell phone before signing: <P>
T-mobile: forget it, no signal Cingular: marginal signal, but can still make/receive calls Sprint: marginal signal, can make/receive calls Verizon: perfect reception, full bars everywhere. <P>
I would recommend this place. <P>

Pro:
Looks nice from outside
Lawn/pool are maintained well
Cons:
My appt is near the dumpster and it smells to high heavens, flies every where because the people here dump trash everywhere. The Appt management does not seem to care despite several complaints
Zero room for negotiation on extending your lease
I am in a downstairs unit- I can hear every step the person upstairs takes. Noisy as heck.
The Kaiser hospital in front of this apartment is moving- wonder if there is going to be an empty lot in front- would be bad for security.
The area they quote you includes the patio area
Not enough storage space in the apartment
Supercilious, nose in the air management
Bottom line: We're out of here..
