If you are a decent, responsible person, do not rent here.If you live there, get a lawyer! The Terrace is a haven for hoodlums. Dogs in the pool, unsupervised under 14-year- old children in the pool and jacuzzi,skateboarders everywhere from morning til midnight, stereos blasting, dog poop,vandalism,constant solicitors and trespassing. Trespassers in the pool swimming in dirty street clothes.Management oblivious to complaints. Work orders go missing.Repairs not done in a timely manner.You may need a translator to talk to many of the maintenance staff- no English. Shoddy fixtures. The counter tops absorb stains.Rude,disorganized unprofessional staff. One of these so called property manager/ leasing agents said, and I quote:
