Apartment Review for The Colony Townhomes

All the reviews are mostly bad and not to lie so true I live here I can't wait to move out I sure will to star of the apartments are full of not caring staff they never care what happends on the community they focus on driving people around to lease and leave at less their tenets. Light goes off and we are in full darkness and we are "resort style" lol to put the cherry on top is out of control how pools and jacuzzi are always dirty or broken and bathrooms always close locked. Also parents let theirs child run around the community with no adult supervision I'm talking 2 year old child and you see high school students using this Family Home community as a fighting spot that's because anyone has access to coming in as a Gated Community and to end up the happy life here you find bulldogs and retrievers with out leash and pooping as they wish with no one worry to clean after or worrying a kid can get beat on..... Is it that they let anyone live here with not real checking ??? And do they care??? Is sad this nice building is becaming a new version of the projects the only difference is that you truly pay MORE for no amenities actually being filled I sure wish the owner pays a bit attention to this Place called The Colony . Thank you
