Apartment Review for The Colony Townhomes

The colony townhomes are eye catching but don't be fooled by the "gated in premisis".....!!!!!!! the unit on the corner got robbed and EVERYTHING got stolen because on hwy 14 there sorrounding gates they can just hop over the guard rail. There are garages but if you have more then two vehicles you are screwed because you have to park out of the premisis where cars get their windows smashed out all the times if there is no parking inside. they are nice units but i'll have to admit they are cheaply made things fall apart all the time. and i honestly dnt think they change the locks on the door. I recently was laid off on my position after i rented and they expect me to pay over 6,000$ in fees in 30 day for living on the property for a month! the staff is lazy and they DO NOT take the time to work out arrangments they just rape people for thier money. i've called the office countless tme to set up an appointment with the manager JACKIE but the stupid ***** is supposvly always busy. jason is a complete ******* and told me if i tried to get someone to get added onto the lease it would be considered soliciting the public. My hot water heater went out and i called twice every single day for a week and no one came to fix it. i finally called it in as an emergency and said it smelled like gas and they finally came to fix it the next morning. then my mailbox did not work for a month it took them a whole month for me to get my mail it was ridiculous. You can hear every time someone is walking up and down the stairs and i hear the stupid neighbors argue all the time. you can hear neighbors music and the garages are super loud. i honestly would have to say my one month of staying here has been a horrible so don't be fooled by the gates and the rates!!!!!!
