Apartment Review for The Colony Townhomes

Unsafe noisy environment stuck between the freeway and the train tracks. Full of gang-types. Poorly built. Nothing works for long because of cheap appliances. Electric gates constantly broken, extremely limited parking. No recycling available and people allowed to pick through the dumpsters. Do not believe anything you are told. Get it in writing. Overall a very unpleasant place. We are thrilled that we will be able to move out soon. Oh, and the rent is going up in on July 1st.
Not a good place to live.
