My stay at the Colony Townhomes has been a myriad of positives. The negatives were fixable. I've had an UNleaking roof, absolutely beautiful scenery, and my own washer and dryer. It takes a while to get adjusted, however, everyone has made it as bearable as possible.(Just more privacy would be perfect). With the weather being unpredictable, it has been a challenge for the staff, I'm sure. I'm looking forward to the positives in this Hometown to grow and for more gorgeous sunrise/sunsets to come. OH! and the nearby eateries are absolutely a treasure.

I left a $250.00 money order to hold an apartment. My application was turned down and so I asked for my deposit back. It took 10 days for them to return it. Be careful. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing.

I was just in the office this morning to put in a work order and everyone had a smiling face. Edgar was more than happy to help me and rebecca, rachael and Brenda met me with smiling faces. It was nice to come in a feel like everyone is really here to help me! First time coming in since I move in and it was a great positive experience!
