Review for Avalon At Parkside Apartments

When you rent they don't tell you the following:

1- $200 premium on top of your regular rent if you don't commit to a lease of 6 to 12 months. Now I am stuck not knowing what to do. Everyone knows how inconvenient it is to move. 2- At the conclusion of the first year. the price went up by $200 and add the premium of $200, there you are paying $400. All these facts should be disclosed. They don't tell you anything even if you try to ask. 3- Fire station is ruthless. I myself went to the Sunnyvale City Council meeting and complained about their sirens at 3AM in the morning. The city can't do anything about that. 4- Parking is unbelievable bad. This was not disclosed by management when we first got here. More shamefull act by management not to tell you that parking is limited. 5- Management turn over ratio is high. Went from James to David to Eisha and now I see a new gal there as well. This happened in one year span. This turn over ratio demonstrates why management misrepresents the facts to you. They are leaving anyway! I am contemplating suing the company but then again, the solution is to vacate and buy my own place which will happen anytime now.
