Worst Rental Experience Ever!!!!!!!!

Avalon Parkside is a horrible rental facility. It all starts with a very arrogant and unhelpful staff led by Stephanie who is snide and impersonal. The apartments are over-priced for what you get, and poorly serviced! They took almost $500 out of our deposit for cleaning and painting! Outrageous! The fire department is right next door, so you get the lovely sound of wailing sirens at all hours of the night! If it is your thing the Zen Center is right across the street...and all that that implies! The maintenance staff was non-existent, but the moment past midnight on the first of the month Avalon is knocking on your door for rent! The grounds were dirty with trash everywhere, and zero.....I mean zero parking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
