The apartments are ok but the Corporate management has draconian rental policies. Do not sign a lease with these folks from Avalon, you will be sorry! The penalty for early termination is two months rent. Also, there is a tremendous lack of parking available at this location. They have also significantly raised the rent every year. In general, stay away from the Avalon apartments and especially Avalon at Parkside.
